Heys came out 4-1 winners when the teams met at Adie Moran park in the League last month but Nelson gave a good account of themselves after taking an early lead.

Heys were in the middle of a superb eleven match unbeaten run at the time but have experienced a slump in form since then with three successive defeats.

It has been a difficult season for Nelson and they come into the game propping up the 1st Division table on the back of seven successive defeats.

A new Manager was appointed last week in former Colne Reserves Manager Steve Cunningham. His new side have lost out narrowly 2-1 to Cheadle and 1-0 at Silsden in his opening two games.

Nelson will be hoping they can follow up the penalty shoot out win at Blackpool in the last round and progress through.

Heys defeated St. Helens 3-0 at home in the last round, in the midst of an eleven match unbeaten run and they will be aiming to rediscover that form and move in to the last 16.
